Senior Analyst, Workforce Sustainability

Be part of the Pembina Institute as a Senior Analyst in Workforce Sustainability, contributing to Canada’s clean energy goals. This position involves strategic analysis and policy advocacy from multiple Canadian locations.

As a member of our Sustainable Workforce team, you will drive initiatives that empower communities and workers in the renewable energy transition.

Your role will encompass research, project management, and government relations, focusing on developing sustainable policies. A detail-oriented and proactive mindset is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage research projects from start to finish

• Analyze government policies and their implications

• Engage with stakeholders for program consistency

• Formulate and implement government advocacy strategies

• Support fundraising and maintain funding relationships

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience in relevant sectors

• Degree in business, public policy, or a related area

• Background in energy policy preferred

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel

• Excellent communication abilities with diverse groups
