Waste Management Advisor

Enhance environmental stewardship as a Waste Advisor with Brunel in Calgary, Edmonton, or Cold Lake. This contract role focuses on waste management and Transportation of Dangerous Goods expertise.

As a vital member of the Sustainability Team, your role as Waste Advisor involves providing technical guidance on regulatory compliance and waste management practices. You will support operational teams, manage waste initiatives, and ensure compliance across Canadian upstream and downstream assets, driving improvements in waste management systems and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide regulatory guidance on waste management matters

• Maintain waste management plans and KPIs

• Lead waste initiatives and improvement opportunities

• Manage Waste Facility Risk Assessment program

• Travel to sites for inspections and support

Requirements:

• University degree in Environmental Sciences or related fields

• Experience in environmental and socioeconomic projects

• Knowledge of waste management regulations

• Strong communication skills in English

• Interpersonal skills and team collaboration
