Safety Services Inc. as a Community Engagement Specialist. Engage stakeholders, document data accurately, and support emergency response efforts in project areas.
As a key team member at H2
Safety, you'll facilitate public consultations and emergency response initiatives. This role focuses on engaging with stakeholders, managing field data, and planning consultation programs. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this position that requires significant fieldwork and stakeholder interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct consultations and document findings using GPS technology
• Serve as the main contact for emergency response information
• Update surface development data in the management system
• Collaborate with internal teams on emergency response activities
• Assemble materials for consultations including letters and maps
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education; diploma is an asset
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with driving history
• 0-2 years in public consultation or related field
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred
• Flexibility to travel extensively to project sites
