As a Senior Policy Analyst in the Ministry of Jobs, Economy, Trade and Immigration, you’ll leverage your expertise to address complex labor relations issues.
Your role will include developing and maintaining essential legislation, as well as providing high-quality policy analysis and strategic advice. Your contributions will impact workers, employers, and unions, fostering safe and fair workplaces across Alberta.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex policy analysis on labor relations issues
• Develop and maintain key labor relations legislation
• Provide strategic advice to decision-makers
• Conduct thorough policy reviews and trend analyses
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the province
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in related field plus 4 years of experience
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written communication abilities
• Understanding of government decision-making processes
• Experience in policy analysis and development
