Position: Guest Services Manager

Work Term: Full-time

Location: Beacon Hill - Calgary

Wage: starting at $18 per hour, PLUS Manager's bonus.

With a minimum of 1 year experience in a barbershop/hair salon

• Provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond for every guest, every time
• Manage written and verbal communications, respond to emails and phone calls, manage service queues, and support the team
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong time-management and multitasking abilities
• Assist with visual merchandising and product inventory (asset)
• Support and collaborate with salon/barbershop/spa teams

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Familiarity with visual merchandising and product inventory is an asset
• Experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa is a bonus
• Outgoing and positive personality
