In these recent weeks our primary focus has been on preparing new COVID-19 safety, cleaning and disinfecting protocols for all of our Spas, so our employees will feel confident returning to a safe work place.

As an Esthetician at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, you will be among the most skilled and trained skin therapists in the world, providing each client with exceptional service and results. You are an expert at resolving skin care concerns, and you will customize each facial to your client’s individual needs. You will prescribe our professional skincare products and promote our exclusive lifestyle membership program.

We offer state of the art facilities and equipment, effective computerized booking system, PPE, uniforms, linens and professional products and professional personal development courses tuition free.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate outstanding customer service
• Explain treatment to the client before beginning and offer appropriate add ons to experience
• Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facials
• Make appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency and pull products for clients to purchase
• Willingness to learn, understand and promote all spa services and product lines
• Maintain a professional work environment and appearance
• Communicate client updates to Spa Associate or Spa Manager to keep the database up to date

QUALIFICATIONS

• Esthetic diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of skincare lines and products
• Effective sales techniques and retail experience an asset
• Outstanding and discreet customer service skills
• Schedule flexibility
• Strong team player
