As a Nail Salon Supervisor, your role encompasses supervising a team of 3 to 4 workers with 3 to 5 years of experience in the field. You will be responsible for scheduling, training staff, and assisting clients with special needs. This position is pivotal in enhancing service quality and productivity in the salon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate activities for salon staff

• Train employees in company policies and procedures

• Conduct manicures and pedicures for clients

• Address workplace challenges and improve operations

• Act as emergency contact and problem solver

Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience preferred

• Strong client focus and organizational skills

• Availability for morning and weekend shifts

• Proven ability to lead and enhance team performance
