Beacon Hill - Calgary. Wage: starting at $21/hour, performance-based.

• Welcome customers and identify preferences based on thorough consultations.
• Provide expert recommendations based on face shapes and tastes.
• Demonstrate high-quality technical skills, including clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and customization to client needs and hair type.
• Build lasting relationships with loyal customers.
• Maintain grooming stations and sterilize tools.
• Maximize retail opportunities through effective chair education.

• Trained Journeyman-certified Barber or Hair Stylist, or in the process of completing Apprenticeship.
• Exceptional customer service skills — go above and beyond for every guest, every time.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced setting.
