We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Hair Stylist and Front Desk Associate. • Greet clients warmly and manage the front desk with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Provide expert hair styling services tailored to each client’s preferences
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the salon
• Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations
• Ensure all tools and workstations are properly sanitized between appointments
• Assist with retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and features

• Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon setting
• Ability to upsell services and retail products confidently
• Previous experience working at the front desk or in retail sales is a plus
• A professional attitude aligned with our dress code and workplace standards
