Twelve Beauty Lounge is a luxury spa and salon in downtown Calgary, and we’re looking for a skilled Hairstylist to join our growing team.
You’ll provide professional hair services while building strong, lasting relationships with clients and helping grow the 3
Twelve client base.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing cuts, colour, styling and treatments to a luxury standard
- Consulting with clients to understand their goals and recommend suitable services
- Encouraging rebooking and recommending professional retail products
- Maintaining a clean, safe and sanitized workstation
- Keeping client records and service notes accurate
- Staying current with industry trends, techniques and products
- Supporting the team in building 3
Twelve’s reputation and clientele
You’ll be confident, creative and professional, with a genuine focus on delivering an excellent client experience.
You will need:
- Alberta Journeyperson Hairstylist Certificate or Red Seal endorsement
- 3+ years of professional hairstyling experience
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Confidence recommending services and products
- Strong organization, punctuality and professionalism
- Weekend availability
An existing client base, luxury salon experience, retail sales experience or additional languages would be an advantage.

Hours:
Monday to Sunday, 10am–6pm. Hours may vary as the business grows and weekend availability is required.
