What You’ll Do

• Provide in-home massage therapy treatments to clients within your assigned zone.
• Maintain proper care of all BATE Therapeutics equipment (table, linens, oils, etc) which will be provided to you at no cost.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the BATE operations team for seamless scheduling, billing, and logistical support.

Schedule

• 2–3 shifts per week (4–6 hours per shift)
• All bookings are zone-based with driving time between 20–30 minutes .

Compensation

• Industry-leading per-session split
• All supplies, admin, and billing support provided

Requirements

• Active Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) designation in good standing with your provincial association
• Valid professional liability insurance
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques
• Excellent communication, reliability, and time management
• Experience in a physiotherapy or rehabilitation setting is an asset
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
