And we are looking for a motivated Nutrition consultant to join our team
Role DescriptionThis is an on-site contract role for a Nutrition Consultant located in Calgary, AB. The Nutrition Consultant will be responsible for assessing clients' dietary and nutritional needs, creating personalized nutrition plans, providing nutritional counseling, and delivering nutrition education sessions. Additional duties include collaborating with other health professionals and staying current on nutrition science and trends to provide evidence-based recommendations.
Qualifications- Expertise in Dietetics and Nutrition
- Proven experience in Nutritional Counseling and Nutrition Education
- Strong Consulting skills, including the ability to provide tailored nutrition strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Relevant certifications or degrees in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of local and global health guidelines related to nutrition and wellness
- Experience in the health and wellness industry considered an asset
