Move To Move is hiring a Physiotherapist with a Clinical Pilates focus to join our multi-disciplinary healthcare facility in Calgary, AB. This role is ideal for clinicians who value movement-based rehabilitation and want to help an active, motivated clientele move with confidence and perform at their best. We are accepting applications for both part‑time and full‑time positions, with a minimum commitment of three days per week.
We are particularly interested in physiotherapists with private practice experience who thrive in a collaborative yet independent clinical environment. Motivated new graduates with developing Clinical Pilates skills are also encouraged to apply and will benefit from structured mentorship designed to strengthen both Pilates-based rehabilitation and general orthopaedic practice.
Located in Calgary’s historic Ramsay‑Inglewood neighbourhood for over nine years, Move To Move is more than a traditional clinic. We operate as a hybrid rehabilitation clinic and movement school, offering a 4,000+ sq. ft. facility that supports true movement integration. Our clinic includes dedicated space for Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Mat‑based Clinical Pilates, allowing you to seamlessly incorporate Pilates into your physiotherapy treatment plans.

Qualifications- Education: Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
- Clinical Pilates: Clinical Pilates certification (STOTT, APPI, Calibrate, or equivalent)
- Certifications in Dry Needling/Acupuncture, Manual Therapy, and/or Strength & Conditioning (preferred)
- Certifications in Vestibular and Concussion Management, Women’s Health, and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation (assets)
- Manage a primarily private‑pay caseload (approximately 90%) of active clients
- Treat clients from Calgary’s climbing, mountain athlete, running, hockey, and dance communities
- Deliver extended, personalized one‑to‑one assessment and treatment sessions
- Lead individual Clinical Pilates sessions and integrate Pilates principles into physiotherapy rehabilitation plans
- Collaborate with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Manual Osteopaths, Massage Therapists, and Strength Coaches to provide comprehensive care
- Strong foundation in movement-based rehabilitation and core stability training
- Experience integrating Clinical Pilates into orthopaedic physiotherapy care
- Dry Needling/Acupuncture, Manual Therapy, and Strength & Conditioning certifications (preferred)
- Vestibular and Concussion Management, Women’s Health, and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation certifications (assets)
- Mentorship & Development: Ongoing mentorship with senior therapists and Pilates instructors, including weekly and monthly one‑to‑one sessions and access to an extensive exercise video library
- Administrative Support: Full front‑desk, administrative, and marketing support
- Facility Access: Full access to on‑site gym, Clinical Pilates equipment, and group movement classes
- Work–Life Balance: Flexible scheduling with a mix of morning and afternoon/evening shifts
