Dedicated Community Worker Position

Make a difference as a Community Worker in a full-time term role with a social service agency. Support new immigrants and build essential community services.

We are looking for a committed individual with 2 years of experience in community service organizations. This role includes developing and coordinating services for families, food preparation, and working in a hands-on environment. Candidates must be able to manage physical responsibilities and demonstrate strong moral values and ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement community service programs for families

• Coordinate delivery of services tailored for new immigrants

• Assist with food preparation and community events

• Engage directly with community members in need

• Report on service outcomes and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in community service

• Physical work required; no remote option

• Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

• Must be a permanent or temporary resident of Canada

• Exhibit strong values and ethics in all work
