Become the welcoming face of TLC Laser Eye Centre in Calgary SW as a Medical Receptionist. This part-time role offers the chance to work approximately 20 hours per week while making a difference.

As a Medical Receptionist at TLC Laser Eye Centre, affiliated with Vision Group, your role encompasses welcoming patients and assisting them with necessary forms and procedures. You will be responsible for handling clinic communications, updating records, and ensuring a clean and organized environment. Your proactive approach will aid in enhancing patient safety and clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic

• Oversee phone communications and appointment confirmations

• Maintain and update patient medical records efficiently

• Support aesthetics and inventory management in the clinic

• Report any safety concerns regarding patient care promptly

Requirements:

• Experience as a receptionist or similar support role

• Strong communication skills in English

• Comfortable with technology, especially Microsoft 365

• Organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision

• Flexible work availability during the week
