East Calgary Family Care Clinic is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist I to deliver comprehensive primary care. This role involves complex case management within a supportive, interdisciplinary environment.
You'll provide therapeutic interventions and collaborate with clients and families to maximize their health outcomes. This position emphasizes evidence-based practice, with responsibilities including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for diverse situations. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform assessments to identify functional mobility deficits
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Facilitate patient education and resource management
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Participate in quality improvement and team-building activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
• Current Alberta registration as a Physiotherapist
• 3-5 years clinical experience in diverse settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to various patient backgrounds and needs
