Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed hearing evaluations and customer education

• Deliver personalized consultations and device fittings

• Maintain documentation and ensure quality after-care services

• Lead sales initiatives for hearing aids and accessories

• Promote community engagement through health awareness events

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hearing Instrument Specialist program or Master's in Audiology

• Good standing with relevant regulatory college

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and POS software

• Open to new graduates completing licensure

• Strong communication skills for community interaction
