We are hiring for a compassionate and motivated Family Resource Worker for a 10-month full-time maternity leave replacement. This role requires effective planning and strong judgment to assist students and families dealing with behavioral challenges. Candidates should excel in organization and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance for social, emotional, and behavioral challenges

• Develop supportive relationships within school settings

• Organize and implement strategic resources

• Collaborate effectively with team members

• Travel to various locations within the division

Requirements:

• College diploma or university degree in a relevant field

• Previous experience in social work or related services

• Valid Class 5 Alberta driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Must hold or be eligible for professional designation

• Criminal Record and Child Intervention Checks mandatory
