Carewest is hiring a Therapy Assistant for its Sarcee location. This casual role will involve providing therapeutic support to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

As a Therapy Assistant at Carewest, you will be a key member of the therapy team, working under the direction of physical and occupational therapists. Your focus will be on delivering effective interventions within the Rehabilitation and Community Transition Program to help clients transition back to their community. We value compassionate, knowledgeable individuals who are committed to excellence in their care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist therapists in delivering comprehensive care

• Support clients toward their rehabilitation goals

• Document and track client progress accurately

• Participate in collaborative team meetings

• Fulfill other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Completion of an Accredited Therapy Assistant program

• Previous therapeutic experience is essential

• Familiarity with computer systems preferred

• Focused on client-centered care practices

• Availability for daytime shifts
