The position at Eagle Ridge Post Acute calls for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist dedicated to patient-centered care. You will engage in providing vital speech therapy services as part of a supportive inter-disciplinary team. Applicants must possess a valid Colorado Speech Therapist License and ideally have experience in a post-acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized speech therapy services

• Record data accurately in Casamba and Point Click Care

• Collaborate during inter-disciplinary team meetings

• Develop individual care strategies for residents

• Assist residents in reaching their communication potential

Requirements:

• Graduate from ASHA accredited Speech Program

• Current unencumbered Colorado Speech Therapist License

• Experience in long-term care preferred

• CPR certification may be required

• Familiarity with computer data entry
