Position: Compassionate Health Care Aide Needed
Support seniors' well-being as a Health Care Aide with Age Care. Work alongside skilled healthcare professionals to provide dedicated, resident-centered care in a diverse community.

As a Health Care Aide, your main focus will be assisting residents with their daily needs while observing their overall health. Working under Licensed Practical Nurses, you’ll contribute to creating and implementing personalized care plans. Your essential role includes reporting any changes in residents and ensuring safe living conditions, fostering an atmosphere of trust and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive personal care services daily

• Monitor and report changes to licensed nursing staff

• Actively engage in the development of Nursing Care Plans

• Aid residents in social activities and community interaction

• Notify staff of any unsafe conditions promptly

Requirements:

• Graduation from a recognized Health Care Aide program

• Experience in working with seniors in healthcare settings

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Current First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support recommended

• Must be able to provide a criminal background check
