We are searching for a Principal in Charge to head our healthcare architectural projects. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in managing complex healthcare environments, with a strong emphasis on client engagement and business development. You will be responsible for overseeing project budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and execution of healthcare projects
• Cultivate key client relationships to drive business growth
• Supervise multiple client accounts through project phases
• Assist in contract negotiations and RFP creation
• Monitor adherence to company standards and protocols
Requirements:
• Architectural degree required, license preferred
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
• 5 years in healthcare-focused projects required
• At least 2 years in a leadership role
• Required on-site presence at least 3 days per week
