Empower patient health as a Clinical Neurophysiology EEG Technologist I with AHS. Manage EEG recordings and support complex procedures to enhance patient outcomes.

This regular full-time position emphasizes your skills in conducting EEG and Nerve Conduction Studies while you train in other modalities. Engage with patients of all ages, documenting test outcomes and ensuring equipment functionality. Travel may be required across various adult acute care settings within the Calgary Zone for enhanced experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct EEG and EMG procedures

• Maintain patient records and equipment

• Prepare reports for physicians on test results

• Support the Seizure Monitoring Unit

• Facilitate junior staff training sessions

Requirements:

• Registration with the Alberta College of Medical Technologists

• Electrophysiology program graduation

• Successful completion of EEG or EMG qualifications

• CPR certification

• Physical stamina for equipment handling
