Position: Dietitian Role in Seniors Care
Join Agecare Skypointe in Calgary as a Dietitian to enhance the nutritional health of seniors. This part-time position focuses on personalized nutrition assessment and care plans.
As part of the care team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring residents receive optimal nutrition tailored to their specific needs. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing care plans, and providing nutrition education to both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the nutritional needs of residents

• Create and implement individualized care plans

• Educate residents and families on nutrition topics

• Maintain and collect data for clinical records

• Prepare reports based on nutrition care programs
Requirements:

• Accredited Bachelor Degree in Nutrition or Food Sciences

• Registration or eligibility with College of Dietitians of Alberta

• Minimum 1 year of clinical nutrition experience

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
