Working at the Glencore Thorncliffe clinic requires a commitment of 40 hours each week. You will lead the delivery of effective healthcare services, from conducting heat tolerance screenings to supporting clients with vital health information. Administrative proficiency is crucial for accurate filing and timely reporting, ensuring compliance with both client and company expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute heat tolerance screenings according to established standards
• Provide informative health guidance to minimize exposure risks
• Track HTS administration through efficient data management
• Prepare and oversee client health reports
• Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations and internal standards
Requirements:
• CSIR HTS Supervision qualification required
• Current SANC registration as a Professional Nurse
• First Aid Level 1 certification required; BLS training a plus
• Direct experience in heat tolerance screening mandatory
• Excellent communication, initiative, and teamwork skills
