Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough assessments of clients in rehabilitation units
• Create tailored treatment plans to foster recovery
• Engage in discharge planning for client independence
• Supervise clinical support staff and students as needed
• Undertake additional tasks related to occupational therapy
Requirements:
• Master’s or Degree in Occupational Therapy is mandatory
• Registration with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
• Eligibility for CAOT membership is needed
• AADL Authorizer status is beneficial
• Experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged
