Empower individuals to live comfortably at home as a Health Care Aide with Para Med. This full-time role involves meal preparation, personal hygiene support, and companionship for patients.
As a Health Care Aide, you will deliver essential daily assistance to clients in their homes. You will conduct patient visits, prepare meals, handle basic housekeeping, and provide companionship. This role not only requires compassion but also elevates the quality of life for clients in your community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to clients' homes for daily visits
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with eating
• Perform housekeeping duties as required
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal hygiene routines, including bathing
Requirements:
• Graduate from a Government of Alberta-approved HCA program
• Willingness to travel within a designated area
• Compassionate demeanor and listening skills
• Experience with seniors or children is an asset
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background screening
