As an Active Living Aide, your role will be pivotal in planning, organizing, and implementing thoughtful activities for residents. You'll collaborate closely with the Active Living Manager to create an enriching environment, ensuring residents stay informed and involved in their participation. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize engaging resident programs
• Maintain and evaluate participation records
• Communicate upcoming events with residents and families
• Assess individual resident activity levels
• Assist with daily meals and program evaluations
Requirements:
• College diploma in Recreation or related field
• Background in senior care and recreational activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication skills with residents and staff
• Valid driver's license for transporting residents
