Position: SE Health Casual Health Care Aide
Support seniors' health as a Casual Health Care Aide with SE Health. Use your compassion and skills to ensure residents receive personalized care and support in their daily lives.

In this role, you will provide essential services to residents in senior living facilities as part of a dedicated team at SE Health. Your responsibilities will include personal care, engaging residents in activities, and managing laundry and meal delivery. This position promotes a client- and family-centered approach to care, fostering an environment where seniors can live comfortably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily personal and hospitality support to residents

• Manage medication assistance as per care plans

• Chart daily resident interactions and changes

• Flexibly adapt to residents' needs and routines

• Engage in training and educational programs

Requirements:

• Registration with CLHA is essential

• Current TB test and immunization records required

• A recent Criminal Reference Check necessary

• Strong teamwork and organizational skills

• Physically fit to assist in lifting and mobility tasks
