Key Responsibilities:

• Provide resident-focused care in daily activities

• Observe and communicate resident health changes

• Support mobility and social participation for residents

• Collaborate with other health team members on care strategies

• Report hazards that may impact resident safety

Requirements:

• Health Care Aide program graduate with practical experience

• Experience in community health care settings with seniors

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certifications

• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check soon
