Position: VHA Home HealthCare Occupational Therapist

We are looking for an engaging Occupational Therapist to assess and provide interventions for pediatric clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and implement occupational therapy interventions for children

• Document treatment plans and track progress accurately

• Coordinate care with clients’ integrated care teams

• Ensure adherence to best practice guidelines and standards

• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement

Requirements:

• Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy

• Good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario

• Valid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle

• Skilled in managing caseloads independently

• Ability to provide virtual care
