We are seeking a dynamic individual for our Patient Services Specialist role, focusing on welcoming patients and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Key tasks include patient check-in/out, pre-testing, and appointment coordination. You’ll also manage billing, eyewear pick-ups, and provide minor repairs while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients upon arrival

• Perform pre-testing to support eye care services

• Coordinate appointments and manage patient billing

• Handle eyewear pickups and minor adjustments

• Provide excellent customer service for patient satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Strong proficiency in technology and MS Office

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
