Health Care Aide Northeast

Job Summary

We are seeking Health Care Aides for assignments in Northeast Calgary. Successful applicants must be willing to travel and work within the communities of Northeast Calgary.

• Provide exceptional, client‑centered care to maintain dignity and independence.
• Create meaningful moments for clients daily through personalized support.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols to protect clients and staff.

• Health Care Aide or Personal Support Worker diploma, certificate, or equivalent (evidence required).
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• French proficiency required for positions located in Quebec or where French is a service requirement.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Confirmation of active status with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA).
• Two supervisory references.
• A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening.
• Proof of negative TB test.
• Proof of vaccination against required illnesses may be required per provincial regulations.
