In this part time role at Age Care Dawson, you will work alongside a compassionate team to provide personalized care under the direction of a Licensed Practical Nurse. Key duties include observing resident changes, collaborating on care plans, and helping residents with mobility and daily activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Apply your knowledge to deliver safe resident care

• Participate in Nursing Care Plan development

• Assist residents in moving about the community

• Report and address unsafe activities promptly

• Foster positive interactions with residents and families

Requirements:

• Completed HCA program with hands-on experience

• Effective communication and organizational skills

• Prior experience in senior care settings

• Current First Aid certification recommended

• Commitment to obtaining a Vulnerable Sector Check
