Position: Casual Therapy Assistant at Carewest

This role emphasizes your support in assisting clients within the Rehabilitation and Community Transition Program. You will work under the guidance of Physical and Occupational Therapists, delivering targeted interventions to maximize functional independence. Your contributions directly impact clients’ recovery and reintegration into the community, while performing other related duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support therapy team in providing client-focused interventions

• Assist in implementing therapeutic programming and discharge goals

• Maintain documentation and adhere to privacy legislation

Requirements:

• Graduation from an Accredited Therapy Assistant program

• Previous experience in a therapeutic setting

• Familiarity with computer systems preferred

• Strong commitment to client-centered care

• Willingness to pass police records check
