Position: Health Care Aide at AgeCare Walden Heights
Provide compassionate resident care as a Health Care Aide at Age Care Walden Heights in Calgary, AB. Collaborate with a dedicated care team to enhance the lives of seniors while practicing your skills daily.

In this part-time role, you will work under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver thorough and safe basic care. Your responsibilities will include observing resident status, participating in care plan development, and assisting residents with mobility and community activities. You will be part of a holistic philosophy of wellness, dedicated to meeting individual resident needs with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver resident-focused care according to your full scope of practice

• Observe and report changes in resident conditions effectively

• Contribute to Nursing Care Plan development

• Assist residents with mobility and community engagement

• Ensure safety in all resident-related activities

Requirements:

• Graduate of Health Care Aide program or provincial equivalent

• Experience in community health services with seniors

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Current BCLS and First Aid certification recommended

• Ability to perform physical care tasks including lifting
