As a valued Health Care Aide at Carewest, you will work in Complex Continuing Care, assisting clients with their daily needs. You will monitor and report changes in client status to the nursing team while delivering prescribed medications as per healthcare policies. Key Responsibilities:
• Observe and monitor client conditions continuously
• Report client status changes to Registered Nurses
• Administer medications following established protocols
• Maintain professionalism and ethical standards
• Assist with daily living tasks and support emotional well-being
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Current registration with CLHA is mandatory
• Experience in health care settings is preferred
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients
• Effective communication skills in English
