• Education:
  
  Health Care Aide or Personal Support Worker diploma, certificate, or equivalent (evidence required).
• Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English.
• French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.

• Confirmation of active status with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA).
• Two supervisory references.
• A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening.
• Proof of being negative for TB.
• Depending on provincial government regulations, proof of vaccination against illnesses such as COVID-19, Hepatitis, Seasonal Flu, etc.
