Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival

• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes

• Perform pre-testing supporting eye care services

• Coordinate appointments and manage billing tasks

• Handle eyewear pick-ups and minor repairs

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience preferred

• Strong multi-tasking and tech proficiency
