You’ll work under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse, applying your skills to deliver essential care services. The role involves observing residents, reporting changes, and actively participating in nursing care plans to ensure holistic wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide resident-focused care within your full scope of practice

• Observe and report changes in resident status promptly

• Collaborate in the development of Nursing Care Plans

• Assist residents in community mobility and activities

• Report unsafe activities to protect residents

Requirements:

• Graduate of Health Care Aide program with 500+ hours

• Experience in community health services with seniors

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support recommended

• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
