Assisted Living Alberta is looking for a Program Manager to drive operational excellence across Medical Affairs. This role demands expertise in budget oversight, project design, and risk management in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will work under the Chief Medical Officer, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic stakeholder engagement across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operational functions and monitor budgets
• Design and execute medical affairs projects
• Coordinate risk management and issue resolution
• Engage with external health organizations and partners
• Ensure alignment of resources with organizational priorities
Requirements:
• Minimum five years’ experience in physician services
• Education in business or health administration/management
• Knowledge of compensation methods and scopes of practice
• Project and change management experience
• Master’s degree preferred, ProSCI training an asset
