Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct dispensing activities and medication management

• Collaborate with primary care physicians for patient assessments

• Lead initiatives in the pharmacy and community

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy

• Licensed with Alberta College of Pharmacists

• Relevant clinical certifications preferred

• Strong communication and motivational interviewing skills

• Kroll experience is preferred
