Position: AgeCare Health Care Aide Role

Working under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will engage actively in resident care and collaborate to enhance the Nursing Care Plan. Your observations will directly impact the quality of service, ensuring that every resident receives the best possible care tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver resident-focused personal care and assistance

• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions

• Collaborate in developing Nursing Care Plans

• Facilitate residents’ mobility within the community

• Report any unsafe practices immediately

Requirements:

• Completion of a Health Care Aide program

• Experience in community health services with seniors

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills

• Recommended certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support

• Capability to handle physical caregiving tasks
