Position: Sage Hill Health Care Aide Role
Optima Living is hiring Health Care Aides for its Sage Hill facility in Calgary, Alberta. This role focuses on providing essential care while promoting the emotional and physical well-being of residents.

As a Health Care Aide, your duties will involve assisting residents with their daily activities, contributing to personalized care plans, and maintaining the dignity of individuals during sensitive moments. You will collaborate with a team of nursing professionals and other staff members to enhance the quality of life for every resident.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily living assistance including grooming and toileting

• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness in care areas

• Document resident care and report important changes

• Facilitate social activities and individual engagement

• Work with a team to ensure safe and respectful care

Requirements:

• Completion of a Health Care Aide program and current BC registration

• Ability to operate necessary equipment safely

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Flexibility in scheduling and work shifts

• Previous experience in a care environment is a plus
