Part Time Health Care Aide

Become a Health Care Aide at Age Care McKenzie Towne in Calgary, Alberta. This part-time role focuses on delivering compassionate care and support to residents in a vibrant community.

In this position, you will collaborate with a team to provide basic and thorough care services to residents, ensuring their needs are met with dignity. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive resident-focused care within your practice scope

• Report any changes in resident status to nursing staff

• Contribute to the Nursing Care Plan for individualized resident care

• Identify and report unsafe practices affecting residents

Requirements:

• Completion of a Health Care Aide program or equivalent

• Experience in community health services for seniors

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Current First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support certifications recommended

• Proficiency in performing lifting and transferring tasks
