This permanent, full-time position involves performing standardized hearing assessments, educating clients, and recommending the best products for their needs. You will play a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction and support as they transition through their hearing journey, ensuring all their needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide thorough hearing evaluations to new and returning clients

• Keep current with advancements in hearing aid technology

• Foster strong, supportive relationships with clients

• Work with your team to assist clients over the phone and in person

Requirements:

• Graduate of recognized Audiology or Hearing Instrument program

• Good standing registration with provincial governing body

• Diagnostic and dispensing experience in hearing care

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience with WSA brands is a plus
