Position: Support Worker for Disability Services
Join our dedicated team as a Support Worker for Disability Services in Alberta, assisting clients with various needs every weekday. You’ll make a positive impact through tailored support.

The role is a permanent position that requires working hours from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You will focus on individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with complex behaviors and substance use issues. Your commitment to trauma-informed care will guide your interactions as you help clients thrive in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily living and community engagement for individuals

• Monitor and enact personalized service plans

• Address behavioral needs using person-centered strategies

• Maintain compliance with documentation standards

• Work alongside families and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in relevant fields like Social Work

• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred

• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Willingness to undergo a criminal record check

• Current First Aid/CPR and training certifications
