Part Time Health Care Aide

Provide compassionate care at Bethany Calgary as a part time Health Care Aide. Support residents with daily living activities while ensuring their dignity and independence.

As a Health Care Aide at Bethany Calgary, you will assist residents based on their individual needs, ensuring a high level of service in accordance with care plans.

Your role will also involve meticulous documentation of resident observations and collaborating with nursing staff to enhance care quality. You will contribute to a safe and respectful environment while continuously learning to improve your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities

• Document care observations accurately and timely

• Maintain a safe environment following policies

• Collaborate with the care team in evaluations

• Promote resident dignity and independence

Requirements:

• Grade 10 education and HCA certificate

• Registration with College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta

• Strong English communication skills

• Ability to work in demanding environments

• Previous experience preferred
