Part Time Health Care Aide Position

The Health Care Aide role is part-time and temporary, focusing on resident-centered care and effective safety practices. You will assist residents with daily living needs, document care observations, and work closely with a dedicated interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities respectfully

• Document and report resident care accurately

• Adhere to safety guidelines and policies

• Collaborate with team members to evaluate care needs

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 10 and Health Care Aide certification

• Registration with College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta

• Experience as a Health Care Aide is an asset

• Physically and mentally capable for the demands of the role

• Excellent communication and observation skills
