You will ensure accurate documentation of resident interventions and monitor any changes in needs to enhance care delivery.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent education

• Therapy Assistant Diploma preferred

• One year of relevant Occupational/Physical Therapy experience

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Must hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate
